I love products that have multiple uses, especially when they are great quality products. This can be used as a cream blush or you can use it as a lip product. Beyond the great product, I would buy this based upon packaging a lone. I am a sucker for packaging and this screams vintage glam. I love anything that will look pretty sitting on my vanity.

I wore this as a cream blush and layered another blush on top of it. I did not have any issue with it fading or not lasting the day. If you choose to wear it on your lips it will give you that nice vintage  red lip.

I think this is definitely a product that all makeup lovers should check out!

Let me know what you think, Have you tried this before?

As most of you know Urban Decay gave us a big scare a few months back by considering to sell in China which meant Animal Testing. Then they decided they were not going to sell in China and beauty lovers everywhere rejoiced. From reading the article it says as far back as August, Urban Decay new they were going to be bought out by someone. So all of this we are not going to see in China talk in July was always going to be temporary for them.

However, I am saddened this morning to get a notification in my email that L'oreal bought Urban Decay for 300 million dollars. In the article it stated that Urban Decay will now be sold internationally.Which means they will now no longer be cruelty free.No more Vegan palettes or Vegan products because it won't be vegan friendly to test on animals. L'oreal already owns Maybelline, Lancome and Clarisonic which we already knew were not cruelty free. They also own The Body Shop which remain cruelty free so we can only hope that Urban Decay will stay that way as well.

I am not a cruelty free blogger, however I am a vegan and 95% of everything I buy not just cosmetics is purchased with a conscious effort. What do you think about this news? Will you continue to buy from them? How will this affect you buying the new Naked Palette coming out at the end of November?

The Original article I read this morning http://www.foxbusiness.com/news/2012/11/26/loreal-to-buy-urban-decay-for-300-400-million/

Discover the Beauty Ritual of the Geisha with Tatcha

No Animal Testing

The Japanese Beauty Paper

The deep brightening serum

I was lucky enough to receive the Tatcha Sampler Set and a full size Brightening Serum. I have to say that the sampler set was amazing. I have used the entire set up, and wished I had an endless supply. Although, I did enjoy everything in the set there were a few stand out products I wanted to talk about.

First the Camelia One Step Cleansing Oil took off my makeup and left my skin feeling soft and clean. It was a very gentle cleansing and I really loved this oil.

Secondly the Rice Enzyme Powders both were amazing and gave such a great cleanse that it took off any dead skin and helped close my pores. It left my skin feeling smooth and even but never harsh or irritated. This was a great cleanser for my combination skin.

The third product that I loved the most was the Japanese Beauty Papers in Petal Fresh. You recieve one full size set of these papers which is 30 sheets. I used these on myself immediately after getting them and thought wow these are great. Then that weekend I had a wedding and it was a hot, humid day so I wanted to be covered on all basis and took them with me. I had them in my purse, not planning to use them on my client but thought why not. She loved them, and asked me where I got my "fancy" blotting sheets. She was highly impressed with them all around, and so am I. Unfortunately for me 30 sheets didn't last long, and they are all gone.

I noticed on my favorite website inmykit.com that he suggest you carry these Beauty Papers in your kit. I would too, your clients will not only be impressed but they will love how well they work.

Everything about these Tatcha products were amazing the packaging feels like luxury and then the quality does not disappoint. There are so many things that I want I spent 30 minutes reading about their products when I went to get their twitter and facebook information. The name may sound familiar because they have been receiving a lot of press and were in Vogue recently!

Please head on over and try some of these products you will not be disappointed.

Being in Asheville, NC for the weekend inspired me in so many ways. I loved all the music, fashion, art, and the vibe you get from being there. If you haven't been you should go, we have been a few times and we love it more each time we go. We got to eat amazing vegan food at The Laughing Seed, and Vegan Dessert and coffee at Firestorm Cafe got some fun fashion at a local boutique.

I had an amazing weekend, and we were so lost in the moment we didn't take a lot of photos. I took a few so I would have something to share with you guys!

Love this bag, it is too cute!

This was Target's last beauty bag and I am glad to get it. It apparently came awhile back and I sat it in a makeup drawer and never opened it. So, now that it's open I wanted to share it with you guys!

The only makeup product that came was the Pixie Primer which I am excited to give it a try. I will give everything a try, I love samples and I know that I love the L'oreal Sulfate Free products which happen to be the only L'oreal products that are cruelty free.

Did you get a Target beauty bag? I am excited to use my booklet of coupons :)

As you all know by now I am a makeup artist and I love buying beauty books to learn new things. I buy most of mine from the used book store near my house. I found these 2 books this weekend and knew I had to buy them. I will do a better review of them when I sit down and read through them.

I just wanted to share my finds with you. I got both of these books for less than $10.

What are you favorite beauty books?

Kim's Kardazzle Palette- $12.99 from Ulta and Ulta.com

Swatches matte top row and shimmer bottom row

No Primers just straight from the palette

Blush,Highlight and Bronzer
Instagram photo from Kim Kardashian herself of the LINE! I need those lashes!
all photo rights belong to Kim this is not my photo!

I cannot give a detailed review of this product because I just bought it tonight. However, I wanted to tell you a little bit about the palette and the whole Khroma collection. The display was almost entirely empty except this palette, and 4 other things. They had a lot of eye lashes that I will be going back to purchase because I am obsessed with them(they all looked amazing). Nothing had prices on it yet but it was all reasonable, because I took it to the checkout to find out the prices. I also love Ulta for having it in their drugstore area so I used my 20% off coupon on this already cheap palette. So keep in mind that you can use the $3.50 off $10 coupons too at Ulta and Ulta.com They also had the perfect nude kit, 3 must have lip items to get Kim's pouty nude lip. Mascara's and a few other items. I will be sure to check back when the display is full!

Anyways, back to this palette it has 4 matte shades and 4 shimmer shades. Plus it has a blush, bronzer and a highlighter all for $12.99. The shadows are creamy and the shimmer shades have amazing color payoff. Not that the matte shades do not, because I am dying to use this palette for a night out. This palette reminds me of the Too Faced To Go palette and is about the same size as well.

Have you been able to try and of the new Khroma products? What will you be picking up?

I noticed a new post from my dear sweet friend Amber over at http://www.lipgloss-flipflops.com and found out about this great new community. I knew I had to join immediately because it just seems like something I will love to be apart of. So here is my November tasks entry, sort of a getting to know me and my blog post!

This community was started by the lovely Krystal, so be sure to check it out!

I started my beauty blog just over a year now, and have not regretted one second of it!

I was inspired by a blogger that I have followed for over 5 years now
http://beauty.beflossy.com . I am also a makeup artist and love to share my tips and tricks with people. I thought why not share them with my new internet friends also :)

Most of my close friends and family know about my blog. I also know a lot of people that are in the dark about it, not because I am scared or ashamed just because they aren't into makeup like me! I tell all my clients, and my sister usually calls me and tells me to update so she is pretty helpful heheh. My husband is my biggest fan, even though he doesn't visit my website a lot :)

My goals and dreams for my blog would to continue to do what I am doing just reaching a bigger audience. I love to share new products, companies, ideas and I love getting feedback. I would love to meet not only new clients, but to work with new companies. I hope to continue my blog for many years to come!

If I could give my beginner blogger self any tips what would they be? Don't worry about not having the most stuff, newest stuff, most expensive stuff. Stuff doesn't make you talented, interesting, or funny. You have to know how to use all those things, or otherwise you are just a girl with lots of stuff and you can't even use it.This is not just advice for my beginner blogger self it is advice for girls in general.

My favorite thing about being a blogger is meeting so many amazing people! Getting to work with so many great companies and being introduced to such great products. I do not have a least favorite thing, I am blessed and happy to be able to blog about beauty products!

My blog name Crazy,Beautiful Makeup is a take on one of my favorite movies Crazy/Beautiful. My makeup style is Crazy(Outside of the box, special effects) and Beautiful (bridal, photo shoots, clean beauty looks) so that sums it up!

Nyx-When a Leopard Gets a Tan $10

Too Faced Pink Leopard $29 and Nyx When a Leopard Gets a Tan $10

Too Faced on top and Nyx on the bottom

I bought this NYX bronzer back when they were having their big sale at Ulta. I fell in love with it immediately. I had not really heard too much about it but I knew I had to try it. I came home and remembered why it looked familiar to me. It looks just like my Too Faced Pink Leopard Bronzer. I have 3 of them one full size that I keep in my professional kit and 2 that are in other palettes. I also  seem to remember having a deluxe travel sized one as well but that isn't really important.

As you can tell from the swatches they are pretty much identical. You can obviously swipe more of the pink if you want a highlighted cheek. If you are going for more of the bronze you can swipe more of the darker shades. I love them both, but for the price I must say you are not missing out on anything with this NYX. It has great color payoff, it is long lasting, smells nice and has great packaging.

If you are looking for something new to try, I suggest you pick this up wherever you buy your NYX.
