A HUGE Thanks to Paula’s Choice and PRIMP for sponsoring this post!  As always all thoughts and opinions are my own!

The Redness Relief Kit-Calm by Paula's Choice for Normal to Dry skin is regularly $129 and if you use my link you can get 20% off!

It is a six piece kit, and it covers all the products you need in your skincare system. I have been suffering from redness because my skin is so sensitive and currently dry which makes things worse. I have only been using this system for a few weeks but I have a few products that I am already in love with!
The redness relief toner, helps clean with cleaning but without leaving my skin with that burning feeling. My face doesn't feel tight and dry like traditional toners make it feel. I have noticed that after using this toner my pores are smaller, and my face is noticeably more even toned. This has been my stand out product without a doubt!
My second favorite is the cleanser, it leaves my feeling clean and refreshed without any harsh or abrasive additives. I feel like my oily t-zone is being cleansed and I normally use a scrub to feel that way.
I am also a fan of all the lotions you get in this set. The 1% BHA Lotion Exfoliant has been great for my large pores and acne prone skin. I also love having an SPF moisturizer that doesn't break me out. Even though it is winter, it's still important to wear your sunscreen!

If you are familiar with my blog you know that I have tried many different types of skincare from drugstore to luxury. I feel like Paula's Choice is a luxury product with an affordable price tag!

Loreal True Match Lumi Cushion $16.99 at Ulta.com

I received these 3 shades for review from L'oreal! Unfortunately, I am so pale that none of these shades worked for me. I did want to share them with you so you could get an idea of their shades. The amazing people at L'oreal are sending me my shade so I will include a full review, and makeup look when that arrives.

I have always been a fan of the original True Match because of their wide range of shades. As a beginning makeup artist, I started with L'oreal in my kit and it worked on so many skin types and tones. I can't wait to be able to wear and test this foundation out in my correct shade. I tried to wear the N3.5 it applied beautiful and has amazing coverage. However, it is hard to tell how you like something when it's at least 2 shades darker than your normal foundation.

I know with my combination skin this will be a interesting. I can't wait to do a full review and tutorial for you. I just wanted to share this product, the shades and let you know that if you were curious about it to go ahead and pick it up. Right now Ulta has L'oreal buy 2 get 1 free, so you could several shades if you so wished!

FarmhouseFresh GUAC Star $22 for 3.25oz  & Pudding APeel $22 for 3.25oz

3.25 oz. glass jar 14-18 applications
3.25 oz. glass jar 14-18 applications

GUAC Star is a Soothing Avacado Hydration Mask and with this winter weather my skin has been so dry. I have been sitting with this mask on my face either throughout the day or before applying my makeup. I love how it smells, it doesn't make my skin feel like it has product on it and my skin feels better. If you suffer from dry skin I think you will love this product.

Pudding APeel is a Tapioca and Rice Active Fruit Glycolic Mask. This is great for me because I have acne scars and this is a retexturizing mask. I have been using it for just a few weeks but I feel like my makeup goes on better. I will do an update once I use it for a longer period of time. I don't expect to have perfect skin from a few weeks of use. However, it has changed the texture and appearance of my skin so my makeup application is a lot smoother!

Have you tried these masks? What is your favorite FHF product?

CoverFX Total Cover Cream Foundation $42 online here!

I was going through YouTube one night and watched a video on full coverage foundation for acne prone skin. There was a guy who had the most beautiful complexion, and he swore by this foundation. So, being the addict that I am I ran right out and bought my shade.

At the time my skin was very dry, except my T-zone and I assumed I could just set that area and be fine. However, I realized quickly this was not going to work for me. It emphasized my large pores even with primers and pore refiner products. It transferred on me, and I could not get it to set no matter what products I used. I wear glasses, and everywhere my glasses touched the foundation transferred off my face onto my glasses.

I must say the coverage was amazing, and it looked great on my dry skin. If you are the slightest bit oily, avoid this foundation. I thought because it was just my T-zone I could make it work. It didn't enhance my wrinkles, or my dry patches so I will admit that I loved that part about it. Cover FX has such an amazing color range that I think you can find your shade pretty easily. Other than the amount of shine it gave my skin, it did not feel thick at all. My skin actually felt more hydrated after washing it off, and that was a nice feeling.

Having a full coverage foundation that didn't break me out was also a bonus. Usually it will clog my pores, and then I break out like crazy the next day. This is clearly an amazing foundation, it just was not right for me. What Cover FX foundation do you suggest for oily skin/combination skin girls?

With Valentine's Day right around the corner I wanted to share some of my favorite beauty products I will be using. My go to palette for January and February has been the Tartelette in Bloom palette. It is truly a beautiful palette, that I have recommended to many people. Of course I had to share my current favorite perfume, it has the most feminine and romantic scent. I was honored to receive a bottle of the Annick Goutal Rose Pompon perfume.
I had to include my Beauty Blender, because I have bought more beauty blenders this year already than all of last year heh. I never want to be without one, they are my go to way of applying makeup. I also use these in my wedding pro kit, and for my own personal use. Smashbox makes some of my favorite lipsticks, I don't think they get enough hype. My current favorite is the Legendary Matte lipstick in Magenta Matte. I had heard mixed reviews about the Too Faced Love Flushed Blush palette. I am so glad I picked it up, the colors are wearable for everyday and very pigmented. I like to mix "How Deep is Your Love" and "Justify My Love" together.

Whether you are celebrating with your significant other, your galentine or just celebrating life I hope you have a beautiful Valentine's Day! Please share with me if you create a look, I would love to see it. I have been sick off and on for 2 weeks and my eyes are too puffy to create anything worth posting. I hope to be back next week with more posts and FOTD posts!

Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub & Baking Soda Pore Cleanser are available at your local Target!
I was able to find these new products at my Target, they were putting out new stock and I had to grab them quick.
Easy to open, just push the blue button to pop open the Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub, and pour into your hand. I first use the Bioré Pore Cleanser to wash my face, and then apply Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub to remove any dry skin, and help close up my pores. It works great for my combination skin. I need smaller pores, but I have dry flaky skin (especially during the Winter) and this has helped me in all of my combination skin needs.
It is seriously so easy to customize to your needs. If you want the fizz to be thinner just add more water.  I love how this Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub leaves my skin feeling soft, and clean but not dry. If you do find yourself feeling a little dry just skip a day in between uses. It has worked wonders on my large pores and oily t-zone my skin just looks and feels so much better.
I like a little thicker fizz so I didn't add more water I liked the consistency I had.  I then wet my hands and massage the scrub into my skin. I have been known to let it sit on my face and get a little dry and then wash it off. I feel like the scrub is closing up my pores when it's drying.

If you have combination skin, and suffer from large pores like me then this Bioré Baking Soda Cleansing Scrub & Baking Soda Pore Cleanser are for you.Let me know if you try these products out!

Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Blush Palette
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Blush Palette $45 online at Sephora.com
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Blush Palette
All of the swatches are applied directly out of the palette. They are not blended out, and no products were used to enhance the colors.

There are so many mixed reviews online about this palette that I had talked myself out of buying it. I am so glad that I am addicted to all things Urban Decay and bought it anyways. These blushes are beautiful, pigmented and very wearable. I do have fair skin, so I had no issues with these showing up on me. I have worn Easy, every day since this palette arrived at my house.
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Blush Palette

These shades are a little harder for me to wear. Although they are beautiful, I find that Hush is the only one out of the bottom row that I can wear. I wear Hush as a blush topper or a highlight and it looks beautiful. Out of 6 blushes I can wear 4, I still think this is an amazing palette. If you are not in the Casper the Friendly Ghost skin tone like me you may have better luck.

If you have been debating on this I say, go ahead and treat yourself!
