Bite Beauty Frozen Berries Lipsticks

This collection of lipsticks are absolutely amazing! You can see from the swatches that they are matte however still very smooth. I did not have any issues with these being drying or cracking on my lips. Barberry is my go to color, and I know it will be for Fall as well. I also love Juniper because well it's fuschia after all.

If you are a regular to my blog you know that I love Bite Beauty, I swear by a lot of their products. These lipsticks are pigmented and long lasting. If you are wanting that perfect shade for fall I suggest picking up one of these berry shades. There is one not shown here and it is Black Cherry-a deep oxblood shade and it is currently sold out online.

Because these shades are so dark, I am sure to use the Bite Beauty lip primer before applying these lipsticks. It helps keep the product where it belongs, and also makes the color last longer!

Are you ready for Fall? Will you be trying out any shades from the Frozen Berries Collection?

The beautiful shades, look how creamy these lipsticks are!

Now, if you have been to my YouTube channel recently you would see me in the hottest pink lipstick shades. So to see me excited about these beautiful nudes might be shocking. The two shades that I can't get enough of are Caramel & Cream they look very vintage to me. I feel like they are just a classic shade that can be worn forever.

These lipsticks are very creamy, and have a great texture to them. I found them to be long lasting without being too drying. However, I did try to wear Marzipan when my lips were a little dryer than normal and I found that it really accentuated the dryness. These are made with Organic and all natural materials. I did find myself having to make sure that my lips were exfoliated and moisturized before applying. I assume that it was the darker shades that made me really notice the dryness because with the lighter shades I had no issues or anything that I took note of.

I know some people didn't like the hand cut idea behind the lipsticks. They say it's because the creamy core is where you want to start with the lipsticks. When you have the bullet that is your traditional non cut you have to work it down to the middle to get to its creamy core. I didn't find that the hand cut, flat top gave me any issue with application and I actually liked the shape a lot.

Have you tried these beautiful lipsticks out? What shade are you excited about trying out?

Line and Define Lip Primer $22 at Sephora.com
High Pigmented Pencil in Violet $24 at Sephora.com
or wherever Bite Beauty is sold!

Lip Primer:A 100 percent natural, moisturizing formula that instantly preps, plumps, and primes the lips.

I must say that this is so moisturizing, and honestly was something I never knew I needed until trying it. Now I cannot imagine not using it first before applying any lip product. It not only works great as a moisturizer, but because my lips feel so smooth and soft my lip color stays longer. It doesn't fade, or settle into the lines of my lips. I have also noticed after using this product that my lips appear more youthful, and have a natural flush to them. Ususually during the winter you will hear me complain about how dry and terrible my lips are. I would just skip any colors on my lips but thanks to this amazing product, along with the Bite Agave Lip Mask bright colors here I come!
Lip Pencil in Violet-A long-lasting, matte lip color.

These lip pencils are so smooth, and blend out nicely. I am in love with this violet-lavender violet, shade. It is very wearable, and the perfect shade for all year in my opinion. The formula is so smooth, and has a nice finish to it even though it's matte its not drying at all. you can see the finish on my hand it's matte but not dull.  I can't wait to try other shades from this collection.

Have you tried either of these products?

winter must have beauty products

I think everyone can benefit from using an oil and or serum on their face especially during the winter. I have combination skin, but in the winter months my dry skin is amplified. These 2 products have been my go to already I love trying out new oils so please let me know your favorites.

Along with the harsh winter making my skin dry, I have dry cracked lips. It is not an attractive look, so I try to always be prepared with chapstick. However, a lot of the stuff you use is just a lot of fragrance and other ingredients that actually will dry your lips out. Hence keeps you buying more, so I love this bite beauty lip mask, and scrub. I can use this scrub which is gentle and refreshing on my lips. Then I can put the lip mask on and go to bed, knowing I will awake to smoochable lips heh.

I picked the Tarte Tartelette palette because it's a beautiful palette (swatches will be up this week on the blog). It has amazing color payoff, you can get the perfect day to night look with just this palette. Very subtle and not over the top, which is a great every day palette. It has just quickly became a go to palette. I included the MAC pigment set from the Holidays because I just forgot how much I love MAC pigments until getting these sets at Christmas time. I don't know if you can still buy the sets, but I suggest you just go buy all the sparkly MAC pigments you can find heh. Glitter pigments make the world go round!

The last two staples I chose are the Pixi polish in Guilded Garnet, because who doesn't love a dark nail for the winter. I do love it also because it's a long lasting polish and has a beautiful finish as well. I adore all Pixi polishes, so find a shade you like and that makes these gloomy days a little better. The Monoi Tiki Tahiti Oil in Vanilla was a Spring 2014 favorite of mine. However, I am using it more and more during this winter. It smells amazing it is just coconut oil with some fragrance and that's it. Be prepared to not only smell amazing, but it is also an oil so it's moisturizing. It turns to an oil over 69° if it's cold where you store it, sit it somewhere warm so you can use it hehe.

Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo $12

Vivid - Palomino (vibrant magenta) / Violet (vibrant purple)

As you can see these aren't exactly the colors as they describe. They are more red and hot pink theres no Violet in my opinion. The picture on the box showed a purple lipstick and I was intrigued. My sephora didn't have these out for display they were by the checkout and it was an impulse buy.

They are beautiful shades, and creamy I have already been wearing the Violet which looks like a hot pink to me.They have great lasting power, and so far no bleeding or creasing on the lips. I also like that they do come off naturally there isn't just half hot pink lips, after drinking coffee.

Tell me have you tried Bite Beauty lipsticks?
