Back in May I got these adorable Capri's to review. I love the bright color, the pocket is nice if you want to just pop your car key in there and not worry about it. I like to put a little extra cash in there, so if I need to stop and grab a water I can. 

I also like that after multiple wears and washes they still have their shape and are still this vibrant.  Being someone that has a large collection of athletic capri's from working retail in sporting good's stores back in the day. I can say that these are not only priced very affordable but they are a higher quality than most of the brands I have paid $70 for.

I also like that they have so many cute styles that range in price, and they have something for everybody.

Biggest Loser Weight loss Yoga: $9.96 on Amazon or cheaper amazon streaming video: 
I love this video because I like Yoga, but anybody knows that the bigger you are the harder it is to do some of the moves. I like this video because it is Yoga and it is made to help you with losing weight. I would do this video after I do another cardio type video. It is a great sweat, and my arms and legs really feel the burn after doing it. If you are looking for something that won't hurt your joints try this video. I had to do it a few times before I really enjoyed it. Yoga is hard but so worth the effort.

This is a little more high impact so please take that into consideration before trying it. It claims that you can lose up to 30lbs in 6 weeks by doing this video and of course eating a healthy diet. I haven't done this video for 6 weeks straight I like to do it a few times a week but I have to switch up my videos or I get bored. You will work up a great sweat, and you will absolutely see results if you keep up with the workouts. So if you are looking for something a little bit higher impact, and will get your heart racing try this video!


Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Power Walk $12.05 on Amazon.com
Leslie has a lot of videos for walking, and I own most of them. This 5 mile walk is one of my favorite, especially in the winter. Whether it be snow,ice or just plain cold weather  I can't get out and walk 5 miles. I walk my dogs and once around my neighborhood is only 3 miles. I have little dogs and they can't go for very long in the heat or cold so working out with them isn't possible. I can however wake up and walk 5 miles with this video in about 40minutes. A great way to start my day, and anything else I do for weight loss is just extra calories burned. It is low impact and I put it on mute and do a playlist of upbeat music to get me going. However, Leslie is amazingly upbeat and happy so if you need a boost listen to her by all means.



Also if you aren't much for videos but you want to workout I found this amazing YouTube channel that has made me dance like a crazy person everyday this week hehe. I have added a lot of her videos to my YouTube playlist and then play it through my Apple TV. No I cannot dance, but I give it a good old college try and boy after just 20 minutes I am wiped out heh. I have passed on going to classes like this because I have no actual rhythm. However, my dogs don't judge me very much if I give them treats first heh. It's a lot of fun and when I get lost in the moves I just make up my own moves and pretend that I am the queen Beyonce.

I picked these up at Target a few weeks ago and I am so impressed I wanted to share them with you. I love buying natural cleaning and home products. We had ran out of our normal dryer sheets which are a variety of brands that are "free and clear" of scents and chemicals. So, when I saw this new display of Honest products I just knew I had to give them a try. I love the concept that they are wet dryer sheets.They look just like a makeup remover wipes, and the package seals the same as your classic wipes would. 
I have been using these in my dryer, and I love them. My husband has a job where he has to wear nice dress clothes.So his work stuff gets washed and dried all together, these get wrinkles out! I am using them twice as suggested and have no issues with that. I have used one to dry and then to fluff his work clothes. I use to be completely obsessed with adding the most fragrant dryer sheets to my dryer. I loved the way it made the house smell and a clean blanket smelling of the dryer sheets. However, I read a few articles in one day that just kept showing up on my Facebook about environmental toxins. They spoke about a certain form of Dementia being caused by environmental toxins, like dryer sheets,pollution,cleansers and you get the idea. So considering it is something I am breathing in almost everyday I thought I had to switch.

I don't mind paying a little more especially now that I know they work so great!

 We have been taking long walks as a family at that's been great for me mentally and physically.

I had posted that I was going to stop shopping and just buying anything and everything in my path. I had declared a 10 week no buy, I know I will get lots of amazing things at Christmas! However, I have failed we have 8 weeks and a few days until Christmas is here. I haven't spent a lot of money but I have bought more makeup and beauty things than I actually needed to.

I did recently buy some new workout gear from Under Armour and I bought this little beauty to spice up my daily routine. I have not worked out as much as I wanted but I have been doing better. 2 weeks ago I was set on not weighing myself, but yesterday I weighed myself and started a chart.
 
 
I bought these 2 capri's from Under Armour because I hate being hot, even in the Fall when working out I just don't want to be hot. Plus I can use these as a base layer if I need too and put my UA Storm pants on top hehe.
(FYI That is not me in the photo or this post would be totally pointless because I would be smoking hot and yelling it from my rooftop)


I have also started or am trying to start living more frugal and more on a set budget. After reading lots of articles online I kept seeing this pop up, over and over.

Use a 30-day list. To curb impulse buys, create a 30-day list. When you want to buy something, other than a true necessity (medicine or food, for example), put it on this list, with the date you added it to the list. And make it a rule that you can’t buy anything for at least 30 days after you put it on the list. And stick to it. You’ll find that you buy a lot less with this system.

I think it will help me, because on any given day depending on how much time I spend on pinterest I find myself saying "I NEED" a lot more.  In reality there isn't much that I truly need, versus I want to be like all the pretty girls, rich girls, fit girls I just want to BE, and I get caught up in the cycle. I truly am going to start a list and and just be better with my money that we work so hard for. I want to have quality over volume, and the list will help me decide with those purchases.

I need some new workout songs to put on my phone so let me know what you are rocking out too!

I am back again, to talk a little bit about my lifestyle overhaul. Needless to say it didn't happen the way I had hoped it would. Our lives have been a windstorm of events and emotions and excuses. The junk food is easier and quicker, and that in return cause me to be slacking on my workouts. Just my everyday routine changed, and I haven noticed the weight I was so happy to lose almost 1.5yr ago has started to creep back on. Not all of it, but some of it and the jeans I wore last Fall do not fit the way they did back then. 

My goals are simple but they seem so un-graspable at times. If you have never struggled with weight, that may seem silly to you.  If you are wanting to join me on my lifestyle overhaul, please comment and let me know what you are doing!

1.Start taking afternoon walks again- Since our move we have nothing but beautiful countryside, and I know the dogs will appreciate a good long walk at night.

2.No More quick and easy food, prepping my food ahead of time will eliminate that!
3.Be a good example for a Healthy Vegan
4.Exercise 30-45min 3-4 days a week to start (not including my walks)
5.Love myself where I am, and where I am going weight wise!
6.Meditate a few times a week
7.Start doing Yoga again


These are just a few of my goals, and I know this is a beauty blog, but my definition of beauty starts from within. I will update from time to time as I notice changed,and when I try new things.

Before you head to the comment section and start screaming how unrealistic she is, I can understand that. However, she lives a healthy lifestyle she works out, plays sports,goes on hikes,bike rides, and she is never "bored" or just hanging out. When I lost the weight you wouldn't catch me idle either I was happy to be on the go. Now I am so busy, but I find time to sit in front of the TV so instead I can work out. She is a beautiful role model for healthy living, she meditates,does Yoga and takes nature Hikes. I am near 100's of hiking trails another big love of mine, and she appreciates life living it to the fullest. I guess being married to the sexiest man alive doesn't hurt either (don't worry my hubby has a man crush on Tom Brady he agrees with me hehe).


So join me on my journey to being a better healthier version of myself!

I love Miranda Kerr because she talks about her lifestyle. She doesn't believe in diets or weightloss tips and tricks it's her lifestyle. Over the past year I have tried to make new lifestyle changes as well and its nice to hear when beautiful people like Miranda aren't trying to sell you something.

She says her lifestyle is the 80/20 rule and that's 80 percent good and 20 percent indulgent. She says her parents raised her with an idea of health and living organic. So she doesn't consider any foods to be off limits its a matter of how much of those foods you are eating. 

I did a blog post awhile back that she loves Coconut Oil and takes it everyday. She uses it in her hair, and all over her body.  Which is something I have been doing as well and I love adding it to my smoothies, or just using it in my hair.
