When I got this eyeliner I imagined it being like most other marker type liners I have tried. Boy, was I ever wrong about that, this liner is great. The first time I used it I applied it right over the top of my finished eye look. I didn't have to shake it or do anything special it just glided on in a nice dark matte black. It does not have a shiny finish like a lot of liquid liners. I don't mind a shiny finish but sometimes I do top off liners with matte shadow so this will eliminate that step.
Most marker liners that I have tried smudged or stopped working when I tried to apply it over shadow. Punker glided on and stayed on for the duration of my day. I have allergy eyes and if they aren't watery they are itching, and this liner did not budge. I loved to use it for winged eyeliner because the tip allows you to go from a thin to a thick liner easily.
