Biggest Loser Weight loss Yoga: $9.96 on Amazon or cheaper amazon streaming video:
I love this video because I like Yoga, but anybody knows that the bigger you are the harder it is to do some of the moves. I like this video because it is Yoga and it is made to help you with losing weight. I would do this video after I do another cardio type video. It is a great sweat, and my arms and legs really feel the burn after doing it. If you are looking for something that won't hurt your joints try this video. I had to do it a few times before I really enjoyed it. Yoga is hard but so worth the effort.

Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout $7.41 on Amazon also cheaper if you do amazon streaming video!
This is a little more high impact so please take that into consideration before trying it. It claims that you can lose up to 30lbs in 6 weeks by doing this video and of course eating a healthy diet. I haven't done this video for 6 weeks straight I like to do it a few times a week but I have to switch up my videos or I get bored. You will work up a great sweat, and you will absolutely see results if you keep up with the workouts. So if you are looking for something a little bit higher impact, and will get your heart racing try this video!

Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Power Walk $12.05 on Amazon.com
Leslie has a lot of videos for walking, and I own most of them. This 5 mile walk is one of my favorite, especially in the winter. Whether it be snow, ice or just plain cold weather  I can't get out and walk 5 miles. I walk my dogs and once around my neighborhood is only 3 miles. I have little dogs and they can't go for very long in the heat or cold so working out with them isn't possible. I can however wake up and walk 5 miles with this video in about 40minutes. A great way to start my day, and anything else I do for weight loss is just extra calories burned. It is low impact and I put it on mute and do a playlist of upbeat music to get me going. However, Leslie is amazingly upbeat and happy so if you need a boost listen to her by all means.

Also if you aren't much for videos but you want to workout I found this amazing YouTube channel that has made me dance like a crazy person everyday this week hehe. I have added a lot of her videos to my YouTube playlist and then play it through my Apple TV. No I cannot dance, but I give it a good old college try and boy after just 20 minutes I am wiped out heh. I have passed on going to classes like this because I have no actual rhythm. However, my dogs don't judge me very much if I give them treats first heh. It's a lot of fun and when I get lost in the moves I just make up my own moves and pretend that I am the queen Beyonce.

It has been hard for me to find words to sit down and do this post. I filmed a video and posted it yesterday on my YouTube channel which I will link below. I have a much smaller viewing on YouTube than I do on my blog so I felt a little braver putting that video up. I want to share my lifestyle overhaul, and weightloss journey. I will be doing more health and fitness posts here on my blog. I think I will do them on Sunday's so that way it doesn't interfere with the beauty and makeup posts throughout the week( you guys tell me what you think).

It's hard to feel comfortable with your weight when we live in a society who considers Kate Upton fat.
She walked the runway, social media went wild with how fat she was.  Then this article was everywhere calling her a cow, and walking to the buffet at the end of the runway. She is roughly 5'10 and 137lbs,  which is far from a cow.

image taken from factECards.com this is not my photo, I do not know Kate Upton or claim to be her.

I have struggled with my weight over the years, but it has gotten out of control over the past year. I use to work out a lot, play sports, and the hubby and I would hike almost every weekend. I started back to school to finish up my degree and went full force. However, finding the time to prep meals and workout went to the back burner. So here I am declaring to you that I will lose the weight, and change my entire diet. I am a vegan, I don't drink soda, consume artificial sweetners or diet foods. However, I do consume too much junk food, and move too little.

Here is my video that I filmed where I go into detail about my journey.

We have been taking long walks as a family at that's been great for me mentally and physically.

I had posted that I was going to stop shopping and just buying anything and everything in my path. I had declared a 10 week no buy, I know I will get lots of amazing things at Christmas! However, I have failed we have 8 weeks and a few days until Christmas is here. I haven't spent a lot of money but I have bought more makeup and beauty things than I actually needed to.

I did recently buy some new workout gear from Under Armour and I bought this little beauty to spice up my daily routine. I have not worked out as much as I wanted but I have been doing better. 2 weeks ago I was set on not weighing myself, but yesterday I weighed myself and started a chart.

I bought these 2 capri's from Under Armour because I hate being hot, even in the Fall when working out I just don't want to be hot. Plus I can use these as a base layer if I need too and put my UA Storm pants on top hehe.
(FYI That is not me in the photo or this post would be totally pointless because I would be smoking hot and yelling it from my rooftop)

I have also started or am trying to start living more frugal and more on a set budget. After reading lots of articles online I kept seeing this pop up, over and over.

Use a 30-day list. To curb impulse buys, create a 30-day list. When you want to buy something, other than a true necessity (medicine or food, for example), put it on this list, with the date you added it to the list. And make it a rule that you can’t buy anything for at least 30 days after you put it on the list. And stick to it. You’ll find that you buy a lot less with this system.

I think it will help me, because on any given day depending on how much time I spend on pinterest I find myself saying "I NEED" a lot more.  In reality there isn't much that I truly need, versus I want to be like all the pretty girls, rich girls, fit girls I just want to BE, and I get caught up in the cycle. I truly am going to start a list and and just be better with my money that we work so hard for. I want to have quality over volume, and the list will help me decide with those purchases.

I need some new workout songs to put on my phone so let me know what you are rocking out too!
I am also considering doing Grocery Hauls, would you prefer me to do that over on my Vegan Blog or are you interested in my healthy living journey.
This weekend I bought a bunch of tea and got some great deals at Earthfare. I hope you enjoy these types of post! Let me know what journey are you on?

So it's that time again, I have decided to be a more mindful shopper in every aspect of my life. I have decided to go on a "No buy, unless you absolutely need it and don't have 10 more at home in different colors"  for the next 10 weeks challenge. I want to think before I buy and be a more conscious shopper. If you are a regular you know that last week I posted about my healthy living journey. When I sat down and started writing my goals for my healthy lifestyle I realized how much I had slipped into old ways. Stuff that would have just been habit is now not even in my routine.

I also notice that I can go to Sephora.com and spend $100 and not think twice but when it comes to buying good running shoes or a jaw bone/fitbit/nike fuel band I say wow that's a lot. It's because I tell myself I am not worth it because I am overweight and I won't use it anyways. When I lost the weight and was living on fresh healthy foods working out a lot you couldn't have told me I wasn't worth it. Now it's old habits die hard, and I have gained the weight back and Negative Nellie is back.

So what is this post about, I am rambling but it is my 10 week journey to the old me. Why 10 weeks? Well that is CHRISTMAS, when family I haven't seen since last year, friends and honestly it's just a good amount of time.
My 10 week goals/plans!
1.No buying makeup
2. No buying beauty related products-unless I am 100 percent sure I don't have it
3.Did I mention no makeup? I know I am sad too but seriously unless it's for a client that I absolutely need no more makeup for TEN weeks
4.I can buy fitness related items that will help me lose the weight
5.I cannot just buy stuff in the name of fitness because I feel the withdraws of shopping hehe
6.Get back to eating quality food
7.Working on caring about myself again, my husband always builds me up but all the talk in the world doesn't matter if you don't believe it.
8.No new clothes until the end of my 10 weeks so if I need something for the cold weather or a Christmas outfit that's okay but not until then.
9.IF I slip up I will be honest and post about it here
10.As I use stuff up, expect empties
11.I am also going to TRY and replace stuff with more eco friendly products as I use up other products.

Being a vegan I am upset that I do not set a good example of veganism. I am changing that now 10 weeks to jump start it but I will forever be a healthy vegan. So I will start posting on Crazy,Beautiful Vegan again, in case you forgot about my other blog , here is that info! http://crazybeautifulveggie.blogspot.com/ I have not posted in 1 year but I will start with trying to keep you updated with my progress so I don't turn this beauty blog into a fitness blog.

So if you want to join me on my No Buy and my Healthier me journey please let me know what you are doing!

Thanks as always for stopping by!
