I love having my daily green juice or smoothies and being able to add my vitamins in with this liquid formula has been great. It is lemon flavored but it is very subtle. I am not a fan of lemon flavors and this did not bother me at all. It does not have an after taste nor does it leave a oily residue that some liquid vitamins have done before.
This vitamin supplies you with your Omega-3's EPA and DHA. It supports your heart,vision,immune system and even promotes a positive mood. These are all things that are important to me when looking for something to include in my vitamins. I have truly enjoyed this and I suggest it to everyone who is a vegetarian and looking for non fish related Omega 3's.
