I love ♥♥ most of the products I have picked up from Essence and you can add this one to my list.
I like that it glides easily over your shadow, and it really does stay without smudging or wiping away. It doesn't transfer onto my lid throughout the day either.
I have payed a lot more than $3 for liners that promise to not budge and let me tell you, they do.
If you find yourself at Ulta or wherever Essence is sold pick up this liner!

I actually bought this months ago and never ever used it yet lol.but after reading this I think I might try it out today! I'm shocked we have this in Canada since we never ever have anything!!!
