Fall Fitness Essentials with Dove!

As some of you may know I recently started working out more and making my health a priority. Especially with the season change, and losing daylight at 5pm I need to be sure to fit it all in early in the day. So whether I go to the gym, or workout at home I like to have my fitness essentials. 

I love the Dove and Degree Dry Sprays that last 48hrs. So I can workout and feel confident that people aren't going to be afraid to workout on the machine next to me.  If I need to run into the store after the gym, I can be confident that I am still smelling fresh. I do however like to use my Dove body washes after breaking a sweat at the gym or at home. My current body wash is the Dove Gentle Exfoliating which helps get rid of all the sweat and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.

If you are really going to be putting in a good workout, try the Degree MotionSense. This will be amazing for when we start hiking, I also love the scent of this product too.

    The only soap I'll buy is Dove's fragrance free (and occasionally Neutrogena f free) but I can't take the fragrance of their regular line. I wish they'd make more unscented products.

    I like the Dove I can't remember the fucking name of it ultra moisturizing body wash, it doesn't dry me out.

    Dove soaps, body washes, deos and moisturisers are a staple in my house. The soap especially is a must-buy every month.
