I am working with Pamprin to help promote Positivity and in just 21 days you can make this a new habit in your life.

I know for most of us time is an issue, we can't all sit down and meditate or do yoga which are both very calming and make you feel good. I have started practicing my positivity in the morning. I take my showers first thing in the morning, so I don't focus on what has happened or might happen I live in the now. I play relaxing music on my phone, I use aromatherapy candles and oils when I get out of the shower and I repeat a few positive affirmations to myself.

This isn't cutting time away from any other activity, I just add it to my current routine.  I think it's best if we find what works for us, and take a few deep breaths and speak positively to ourselves. It doesn't help me to focus on the negatives it just brings me and everyone around me down.
Pamprin is available in Multi-Symptom & Max Formula starting at $3.94 online here!
Did you know that Pamprin Multi-Symptom has the same strength as Extra Strength Tylenol PLUS the added benefits of fighting against bloating and irritability.

Join me and many others and take these steps to make Positivity a Habit. Although, I know I can't change the outcomes of negative situations but I can change how I respond. I find that the smallest gestures make people happy, doing it without expecting any recognition makes me feel good. As women we already know that our mood will change during certain times of the month. Luckily with Pamprin Multi-Symptom it will help with not only your ailments that mother nature brings but also the irritability which will also make everyone around you very happy.

I am guilty of sticking a bottle of Pamprin in my purse (Go PATS) because I can't be without it during that time of the month.

I hope these tips will help you find a healthy and positive change being made in your life. It's so easy to take care of everyone else and forget about yourself. Let me know if you incorporate these 21 days to a positive habit!
