Comes with 2 cleansing heads, and the head gently vibrates but does not spin. I love this product, it worked just as well for me as the Clarisonic. If you have seen the Clarisonic you  know it is much loved, but it is at least  $100 bucks and that is not for everyone. Also with the Clarisonic the replacement heads for 1 is $25 and with this system you get 3 replacement heads for $9.95. It is such a great system and has helped my skin so much I tell everyone about it.

The Facial Brush is amazing,I used the sponge applicator for my microdermabrasion. (See below) Then I used the exfoliating brush with my cleansers. I have combination skin and this helped keep the dry skin away, while cleansing the oil.  

This is a fun product because it has helped get rid of dry skin that the winter brought on. I am ready for the Spring and after using this product over the past few months. It also helped with my large pores which are around my nose.That is where my skin is combination, and I have seen a nice change in my complexion.
