8 Piece Try Me Mini Set by Perlier $19.95 at HSN click here!

White Almond-
Contains Almond Milk and Almond Oil it contains no GMO's and is all natural. Made with the best almonds in Italy. This is my favorite of all of the items that came. I have the lotion in my purse it smells nice but not overwhelming and it moisturizes really good.

Honey-100% Organic Honey has a clean pure and soft scent. They suggest this for men, women and children. I would agree the scent is subtle it's not in your face. This is great for bringing back the vitality in  your skin.

Shea Butter & Citrus-a Combination of Lemons,Limes and Oranges. The Shea Butter is 100% Organic which is always good to know what your putting on your skin. I loved this shower gel it smelled so amazing and is a great product to use in the morning. You get that orange citrus awakening scent as soon as you use it.

100% Pure Organic Olive Oil - They claim to be the perfect scent for mind, body and spirit but this was my least favorite. I love olive oil in general but the scent on my body I am not a fan of. It works great and does what it says it is moisturizing. However, I am just not a fan of the scent after it's on me hehe.

What you get in this travel set!

  • 1 oz. Honey Body Balm Mini
  • 1.6 fl. oz. Honey Shower Cream Mini
  • 1.6 fl. oz. Olivarium Bath & Shower Cream Mini
  • 1 fl. oz. Olivarium Body Cream Mini
  • 1 fl. oz. Shea Butter with Citrus Extract Body Balm Mini
  • 1.6 fl. oz. Shea Butter with Citrus Extract Cream Shower Mini
  • 1 fl. oz. White Almond Body Cream Mini
  • 1.6 fl. oz. White Almond Shower Cream Mini
  • Clear Zip Top Bag

I know when I want to try something but I don't want to pay a lot of money for it and not like it. Whether it's the scent I don't like or the product doesn't work the way I wanted it to. So this is a must try for anyone who loves trying out body products. I also enjoy that this came in a resealable clear bag that I can take with me when I travel.

Be sure to take advantage of my promo code from Ifabbo
$5's off any Perlier product purchase at HSN.com" by using the promo code:ifabbo5

Have you tried this yet? Let me know what you think!

Kabana Pure Shea Butter $6.95 for 2oz

Coola Lotion Bar $12 All Natural Shea Butter Lotion

These are both great products for after sun skincare.  Especially since they are Pure Shea Butter they leave you feeling soft and moisturized. You have spent the day out by the pool, or at the beach and after you get out of the shower your skin feels dry. These lotions are great to help get the soft skin back. I also like to use the Shea Kabana stick on my heels, elbows and knees. There is something about the packaging that just makes it easier to rub on my heels and go.

If you are looking for something that is natural and moisturizing but you want a little bit of a scent I would pick up the Coola Cucumber Melon Bar. They have several different scents, but this one is so refreshing and it lingers throughout the day.

With it only getting hotter, it's great to be prepared for all the long days you plan to spend out by the pool.

Tell me what's your favorite after sun skincare product!

$3.99 at your local Trader Joe's

Has a nice thin consistency but still gives your skin adequate moisture.

I was using another face moisturizer throughout the winter and realized that I needed a new lightweight one for spring and summer. I wanted a moisturizer  with a little bit of SPF but also natural and something that wouldn't break me out. I have tried a lot of drugstore moisturizers that break me out after just using them a few times. This product has been working great for me and so far no complaints. Or should I say so far, no new breakouts!

It does not have that artificial SPF scent, which is something I wanted to avoid. It also doesn't leave a film on your skin like some face products that contain SPF will. You cannot beat the price for $4 it truly does work amazing. I have noticed there are a few other beauty products at Trader Joe's that I will be trying out very soon. I don't use all natural products but I am trying to make the switch when I run out of other products.

Have you tried this moisturizer? What's your favorite for the hot weather?

As you know if you follow my blog I declared a no buy for the month of May now with 2 weeks left I wanted to do an update. I have not bought any makeup, I purchased 1 face moisturizer from Trader Joe's for $3.99 because it had a natural spf in it. However, no makeup has been purchased and I really have no had any trouble sticking to it. I realize how much I really do have and all the things I don't really need.

Oddly enough I have been reading more, taking the dogs on longer walks and trying new recipes so I may have to go shopping for new clothes when I lose some weight haha *A girl can wish*

Here is my only empty 2 weeks in

Maybelline Baby Lips in Clear

I love the Maybelline Baby Lips and declared my love at Christmas to anyone who had ears. So I got several 2 packs that Target had. So I don't need any new Baby Lips but I do enjoy these. This one is great because you can reapply as much as you want without worry that its transferring onto your teeth or off your lips.

I am going to attempt to do the No Buy for 3 weeks until I go shopping in Atlanta for my birthday. So tell me have you been sticking to your no buy?

Nivea Lip Butters $4.29 at your local drugstore I picked these up at Rite Aid

What they say about their lip butters:

Enriched with Shea Butter and Almond Oil to intensely moisturize and soothe dry lips for long-lasting care.
Rich formula melts onto lips providing long-lasting nourishment to make all your kisses better.

What I have to say:

They are moisturizing and smell amazing! They do make my lips feel better after using the lip butters. I don't feel like I have to reapply minutes later. My only complaint and it's just a "me" thing is I hate putting my finger in it and applying it to my lips. I like the actual idea of a twist up or squeeze tube so I don't feel like I have to wash my hands or use hand sanitizer before I use it. These would be great to add to a pro kit because you can scoop it out with a spatula and then apply with a brush. They have a Smooth Kiss that would be great for everyone so you don't have to worry about offending anyone's senses. Especially when you work with male clients or children who just need a little moisture but nothing that takes away from the photo.

So tell me have you tried these? Did you fall into the YouTube hype like I did? What's your favorite lip product?

*I bought these with my husbands money :)

So if you are anything like me you have tried just about every foundation that is on the market. I have oily/combination skin so most foundations just do not last on me. I had went into Sephora in search of a new foundation, when I came across the Lorac Natural Performance Foundation. I love Lorac as a company everything I have used I have enjoyed so I knew I had to try it out. I cannot imagine why this is not all over Youtube and beauty blogs as their favorite foundation. It's mine and I hope you try it and love it!

$39 at Sephora and Sephora.com
My shade is the lightest at NP1 -Porcelain

Oil Free
Paraben Free
Fragrance Free
The pump(i'm messy it has nothing to do with the packaging)

One pump usually covers my entire face

Blended out just with my fingers(I use a flat top brush or beauty blender)
Hopefully, you can tell from this picture above how it does not settle into the fine lines. It gives your skin a nice glow without making you too oily or feel the need to blot. I do set my t-zone on long days but for a normal day out I will not.

They call it a natural long lasting foundation, and I will definitely agree with that. It does a great job combining both full coverage with natural finish. You do not feel like you have layers of makeup on, I don't have to use concealer with this foundation. The great side effect to this foundation is I feel confident in my skin no matter how long my days run. This is also a foundation that I will be adding to my kit. The pump keeps the foundation sanitary, and makes it easy to mix and blend shades.

Who will this work for?
Everyone, you just might want to try different applications. It's full coverage so if you have good skin maybe wet a beauty blender and do a lighter coverage. However, I think this is a must have for everyone who just wants a polished look.

I always want to find a new foundation, but for now I will be sticking with this one. I have not reached for another foundation since picking it up. Tell me have you tried it? What's your holy grail foundation?

Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 textured cloth $7.99 for 30 at Ulta and drugstores

You can see the textured side shown here!

I used my ULTA rewards to pick these up because they seemed to be the best option.
 Their claim-

  • Cleansing skin thoroughly
  • Refining to minimize pore appearance
  • Smoothing skin's texture with gentle exfoliation
  • Minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Balancing color and tone
  • Fighting dullness for healthy-looking radiance
  • Moisturizing to soothe and nourish dry skin

  • The Pro's-

-They have a textured side which really cleans the makeup off my face
-They don't break me out and they don't leave a film on my skin
-They are affordable for drugstore cleansing wipes
-I like them a lot more than some of the other Olay wipes I have tried
-They do help my skin stay moisturized

    The Con's
-They come in the plastic packaging and not a tub or resealable packaging
(I understand they aren't moist so they don't need the packaging but its more convenient when they aren't exposed like this)
-A little bit more pricey than the ELF wipes that I adore and they work just fine
-Haven't noticed any change in my skin tone
    -No change in my wrinkles

I understand their claims are for long term use, I have used almost the entire package within a few weeks.I did enjoy them but won't repurchase because I do have a few that I adore a lot more. Have you tried them? What makeup remover wipes do you love?

(Sorry for the photo quality I quickly snapped some photos on my phone before returning it)

This is the Too Faced Air Buffed BB Creme that is suppose to give you complete coverage. It is $39 at Ulta and Sephora. Now let me say that I went into Sephora looking for a new foundation. The sales girl told me that this would change my life and give me the coverage I needed. So with a change of life product in my hand I checked out and brought it home. I immediately started playing with it, but did not get the results she had promised me heh.

It is suppose to provide full coverage and mattify which we all know I need or at least what I want. I used it on one side of my face first and asked my husband "Which side looks better" he picked the side without makeup without knowing which side had makeup or not. I asked him why and he said the other side was too shiny. So I washed my face, and reapplied it to my whole face started with one layer and trying to build it up.

This BB Creme did not cover enough for me, I barely noticed a difference. It also made me feel greasy which is the opposite of what it claims. Now we all know that I am in absolute love with Too Faced as a whole. This product just did not work for me, but I will continue to try out their new products as they come out. The brush that is included with the BB Creme is amazing, just like all their other brushes. I returned it to Sephora the very next morning so I didn't take any professional pictures I just took a few after I bought it with my phone.

So tell me what BB Creme are you loving? Is there any you can recommend for me? Did you love this BB Creme?

    Own Night Cream

$24.99 Exclusively at Ulta and Ulta.com

A lot of product for the price!

Rich and Creamy but does not leave a thick cakey felling on your skin.

This night cream is great because its moisturizing but not too thick. I can clean my face and then apply this right before bed. It doesn't burn or break me out. However, it is still moisturizing enough that I can tell it is working. I also like that it is an affordable price for 1.7oz of product. I was lucky enough to receive this from Ifabbo to review. This product is also Paraben and Sulfate Free!

Have you tried any products from OWN?
What's your go to Night Time Moisturizer?

Christina Hendricks is is not only incredibly beautiful but she appears to be down to earth and funny. Christina is a great role model for women and also a style inspiration on how to dress for curves. Mad Men is one of my top 5 favorite shows, and not only the way they dress but I am praying for Roger and Joan re uniting hehe.

Christina is not a natural red head but she makes me want to dye my hair every time I see her. Plus she is a southern belle from my "neck of the woods" so you know I love her even more no matter what !

Christina is a more realist body image for a lot of women and I love that she is being embraced as such. She reminds me of a 50's pin up and we all know how much I love pin ups.

Sorry for the short post I have a busy Friday planned. I wanted to share my love of Mad Men and Christina!  Tell me who is inspiring you? What shows are you loving?

Lorac GLOGetter Palette $20 at Ulta and Ulta.com

10 Shadows a nice mix of Matte and Shimmer the 2 shadows at the bottom can be used for a highlight on your eyes and cheeks. Lorac did not skimp out on quality for the nice affordable price of only $20. I picked this up last weekend and cannot get enough of trying new looks with it.

The perfect palette for achieving fun spring or summer looks. You can mix and match to make fun night looks or great day soft and subtle looks.

Both sets of swatches are with no primer just swatched on clean skin.  So can you imagine layering these with a base. The colors are so vibrant and smooth I just cannot express how much I love it. I plan on picking up another one for my kit you cannot beat the price and I know it will work for many different occasions.

This palette is exclusive to Ulta and can be picked up online or in store for just $20. If you have read my blog  you know that I am a huge fan of Lorac and they did not disappoint. Their Pro Palette  is one of my favorite eye shadow palettes ever, and this one is being added to that list.

Have you picked it up yet? Let me know what you think!
