This is the last row put over the Bella Pierre Color Stay(glitter glue). It works amazing to help with fallout.

I must say that every time I have used this glitter in a makeup look, someone asks how I did it. I have used it as a liner more times than I can count. I just apply the Color Stay along my lash line and then use an angled liner brush dip it into the glitter, tap off excess and press it along my lash line. I always do my eyes first so a little fallout is expected but if it happens it is only a small amount. You won't be a glitter face when you come home after putting it on in the morning.

This is also so finely milled that it works great in your polish. I painted all of my nails a hot pink and applied a clear polish to the ends of my nails and dipped it into the turquoise glitter. I just tapped my nail on the white piece of paper I had the glitter poured out on. It didn't clump up or wipe off, I gave it enough time to dry, and then applied a very thin clear coat on top of it.
