Let me just say that after recieving this in December I have fallen in love with it. It is a dual phase formulation, however the oil never makes my eyes or lips feel like they have oil on them. This also does not make my eyes feel like they have product in them, like some oil based removers. This works to take off ALL of my waterproof makeup. Shake the product up, put a little on a cotton pad and then place the cotton pad on your eye for just a few seconds. Then you can rub the cotton pad around and your waterproof mascara will just come right off. There is no tugging, or pulling on your lashes with this product.

I have been using it every night since I got it and there is still a lot of product. You do not need much a little goes a long way.
