The two shades I am reviewing today are in Perfect Purple and Black. Their claim is these are liquid like eye liner pencils. I did however notice a few differences in these two products even though they are both "New" and are from the same line. First of all the purple shade is a pencil that needs to be sharpened. The black liner is a twist up, so no sharpening necessary. You can also see in the picture that the black is very matte and dry, but the purple is shiny and appears wet like most liquid liners do. 

After many attempts trying different methods to get them to smear, the purple held up way better. I do not know if it is a different formula all together. I really think these are great liners, but as far as stay all day the purple has lasted a lot longer than the black liner. I suggest you try these for a more affordable waterproof liner, don't spend $24 unless you are just really wanting to try something new and high end.
