I must say that I was more impressed with the shadow palette than I had expected.The primer on the other hand was not as great.It states that it is a primer but also glue which will work great for glitters. I can imagine that it would work well with glitter because it feels like I put glue on the back of my hand. You can see on the swatches that the shadow just balled up on my hand. I would imagine that it would do the same thing on your eye, creating an uneven surface. I did not try it with glitter but I could see how you would want it to have that "tacky" feeling if you were using glitters.

The shadows were pigmented I did not know what to expect knowing how inexpensive they were. The shadows were a little chalky, but the swatches you are seeing is just one swipe of the color from the pan to the back of my hand. I was hoping for more from the 3rd and 5th shade because they just look so pretty in the palette. They just do not appear to be the same shadows that I was hoping they would be.

However, I must say that this brand is geared towards people who are doing dance,cheer, and performing. So I understand why the primer is so thick because it has to last under heat and sweating. I also can imagine that these shadows will stand out(plus many of their other bright palettes) when you apply more than just the 1 time. Also when you have the time to work with them to get them to show up.I think if you or someone you know is doing dance, or cheer that this is definitely worth trying out. Otherwise these are a pass for me,  but I will find good use for this palette somewhere. I would love to try their glitters those are much more appealing to me :)
