Bongo Polish in  Kickin It $2.99 at Kmart

 

This is after 5 coats, and you can still see through it, and see the streaks.

 

One more coat making 6 coats, and still very sheer and streaking.

I was out at my local K-mart and noticed that the entire display of Bongo beauty products was on sale. So instead of $2.99 the polishes were just .74 each. So I have been looking for the perfect dark blue polish. I was upset with this polish because no matter how many coats I applied I stopped at 6 it was sheer. It was also very streaky and didn't look good either so I had to remove it. I was hoping that it would be a great polish so I could go back and grab some of the other beautiful shades. 

I have tried the Bongo lip products and fell in love with them. They were also on sale so I don't know if they are just repackaging or simply getting rid of everything.
