The beautiful gel formula goes on without any effort. This is without primer and only one swipe from pan to my hand. These colors work best if you apply with your fingertip or a flat brush to pack on the color. You can then take a fluffy brush to blend out.
This is the only shade that I was sad about, every other shadow was blowing me away but the yellow. I was hoping for a bright and vibrant yellow shadow. However, I realize most people would want a pastel yellow in a floral palette. That does not mean this shadow isn't beautiful, I was just hoping for POW in your face yellow. It is smooth, and creamy and a beautiful pastel yellow!
If you are looking to try out a new palette and these colors appeal to you, I can't suggest you try Makeup Forever enough. I also love the price tag, for shadows with this amount of pigmentation you would expect to pay a lot more than $44. I was happy to have this added to my collection.

Right now, I'm loving MUFE mascara, but I still love my Velvet Mat foundation. Such a pretty spring palette. All the shade look lovely except you're right about the yellow. But I'm not a yellow shadow fan anyway

ReplyDeleteI love when colors like that are in one palette. I have so many different pigments and single shadows all spread over my collection and this would make it such a great selection to pull for when I want a pop of color.
