The best part of U by Kotex and Sweet Spot Labs is that they are so compact. I can just toss them in my gym bag and go. I am also going to be taking them with me on our camping trip in a few weeks. Although, I have a treadmill at home we recently joined the gym to take advantage of more ways to burn calories and tone. Sometimes I try to fit a gym visit in quickly in my day, and being able to feel fresh after a good workout is important especially during that time of the month.
 Not to mention the adorable packaging for both of these products!
