Luminess Air Supremacy Airbrush Foundation in Shade 1 & 3 $29 online here!
Blush in Soft Rose $29 here!
This foundation comes in 12 different shades and 3 different blush shades. As a makeup artist who does mostly bridal work this product is a great alternative to traditional foundations you may be carrying around. I love that you can build your coverage based upon the needs of the client.

I thought from my swatch fest on my hand that I would be shade 3, however my arm is much more tan than my face. I was actually shade 1, so I am glad that tested them out before applying to my face.
This blush is a gorgeous soft rose color which is a shade I would normally wear anyways. This is also a color that would look beautiful on your bridal clients as well. I found for me that using the back of my hand and applying with my fingers to my face worked best. I then used the damp sponge and went over any areas that may have needed a little more blending. I was simply trying to use the products that came for me to review. You could of course use a stippling brush to apply this to your face, either spraying directly on the brush or onto your hand and then apply to face.

As you will see in the next photo, I have acne scars, and my skin is very sensitive so it is usually a little red after my morning skincare routine. I was concerned about getting the coverage that I was comfortable with. However, after applying the foundation with the sponge and then spraying directly onto the areas that needed a little more I was happy with the results. It still felt very natural, and my skin looked like it had a healthy glow.

My Before is after my morning skincare routine, and the after is with my completed makeup routine. Using only the Luminess Air Supremacy foundation and blush on my face. You can see the redness and scars are covered but it's very soft and natural.

I am very impressed with these products, and I hope if you are looking for a airbrush finish without having to set up a airbrush system this is for you. I am impressed with any foundation that can give me a full coverage without looking like it's full coverage. Let me know if you try this out, I would love to hear your thoughts!

  2. Beautiful, Heather! I have one of the Luminess sprays, and although I love it, truth be told I'm often to lazy to get it out and set it up on my crowded bathroom vanity. So you're saying that you can still get great results applying the foundation with a blending sponge?

  3. The color match is perfect for you and your skin looks flawless! I don't have the time or patience to use a spray gun so this sounds great for me!
