I try not to disrupt my dogs routine, and introduce too many new foods to them. With them being able to try out so many new items I like to slowly, in small doses introduce new foods. So when this arrived I was very excited because I knew they would love it. I felt like they were already having meals that they loved so I would do this as a little snack, a mid day pick me up.

We take lots of short walks outside everyday, but we get 1 nice long walk around 4 to break up their time spent inside.The cold weather has made this walk even more important because they are little and the cold weather is hard on them. Especially my older dog who has Disc Disease she feels the cold old much more now than she ever has before. We put on our sweaters, and if the weather is decent enough we head out for our walk. When they get back I made this for them, and give it to them as a snack and to help warm them back up. I heat it just a little in the microwave less than 30 seconds and it really hits the spot.

I have to admit me and my husband are vegans but we don't feed our dogs a vegan diet ( please don't call the vegan police on us). This looks better than most food I see people eating. If you have a dog that needs better quality food, at a great price please try this out! If my chihuahua's love it this much I know any other breed will too!
