As I have mentioned many times before, I have 2 chihuahua's that have very different needs. One is almost 13 and the other is 5, both are small dogs but the 5yr old is around 5lbs and can only eat tiny food and treats. However, our larger chihuahua could eat bigger food, but her teeth aren't as good as they were 10yrs ago so smaller food works better.
They both devoured this dry dog food, and it fit both of them perfectly. They are familiar with Halo because they love the treats from this brand. I started with a cup in their bowls throughout the house, to just to test the waters and not to waste this food. Like I have mentioned if they don't like something it gets donated to friends,family,neighbors anyone who has a dog that would love it. Nothing goes to waste around here.
The first night after putting the food down, I noticed the bowls were empty all throughout the house. I also love that this bag has a resealable zipper on it so it doesn't go bad or attract bugs.
